In the early 2013, as his first entrepreneurial venture, Ryan founded a technology company that he grew to multiple locations, employing dozens of people. After a successful executive transition there, he was appointed as the Global Operations Director for a billion-dollar multi-national corporation where his focus and passion was on strategic planning, global growth, and training.
He was successful in growing that business to more than three million worldwide affiliates before leaving to start his next venture.
In 2017, Ryan founded Elamant International and successfully launched the company in more than two dozen countries, spanning five continents, including massive action throughout Africa and Asia.
Ryan has been featured in multiple publications as well as online resources, video channels, blogs and forums. He has spoken in person and virtually to millions of people around the world. Ryan has been married for 17 years and is a devoted father to four amazing kids.
With the focus initially on the Asian market, Elamant began to take shape. Now, with more 276,000 organically registered customers in 3 years, it has been proving that data collection through shopping habits, travel experiences, and education technology is valuable enough to market to local merchants and business owners who want a better way to advertise and attract real shoppers.
By the end of 2020, Elamant has become a global enterprise expanding to more than 2 dozen countries. The continent of Africa has experienced exponential growth followed by Vietnam and Japan.
Early in life, Ryan set a goal that he would be in business for himself and build something greater and better. He worked long hours, sacrificing his time and his comfort and often sleeping on his office floor with his jacket as a pillow because he knew it would pay off in the long run.
And it has. He has since founded multiple companies and has been able to achieve a work-life balance that allows him to be there for his family. He and his wife have been married for more than 18 years, and he is a loving father to their four amazing children.
Ryan is driven by a passion for empowering others. Through his own jagged-edged mountain of ups and downs, he’s managed to take control of his own time, allowing him to focus on what matters most: his family. Now he’s focusing on helping others do the same.
Integrity is about more than just doing the right thing. Doing the right thing is easy. It’s doing the right thing in the face of adversity and temptation that can be a challenge.
Ryan overcomes this by taking a step back and considering the big picture. He asks himself how his actions affect others, and how he can behave in a moral way for all.
Working together toward a shared goal has been a passion of Ryan’s since he held his first job. He realized back then that everyone is stronger when they band together, and greatness can only be achieved when egos are put aside for the common good. Even when things get difficult, Ryan stands united with his fellow citizens, always moving forward and always moving as one.
In everything he does, Ryan strives for the top. Whether that’s something as simple as a game of softball or the creation of a multinational company, he always puts his best foot forward. Maintaining integrity in his journey and standing in solidarity with others help him reach his goal of sustained excellence throughout his life.
I really do believe that our lives are better when we are helping others. As Elamant started to grow around the world, I got to know and really understand the communities that we serve. It’s humbling to see the impact that Elamant has had on so many people’s lives. That was great, but I knew we could do better. That’s why I led the development of Elamant Cares, a non-profit set up for the sole purpose of providing resources and support to the underserved communities represented by members of Elamant around the world.
The journey is what’s important. The progress is what’s important. In everything we do, we’re always learning in order to do it better the next time. I love sharing with others that passion and that fire I have for growing so that I can play a small part in helping someone become the best possible version of themself.
